Order problems

Contact us promptly if an order cannot be fulfilled, arrives incomplete, or contains damaged goods. Include the PayPal transaction ID and a description of the issue.

Perishable goods

Because grocery items may be perishable, return eligibility depends on the item and condition. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be sent before order preparation begins. Once preparation or fulfillment has started, cancellation may not be available.
